Each order placed on www.chaleururbaine.etsy.com website means you accept all General Terms and Conditions.
Buyer states that he has all legal capacity to conclude this contract, i.e. having legal age and not under administrative supervision.
These General Terms and Conditions will prevail over all other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Chaleur Urbaine.
Applicable regulation in French regulation for mail orders.
* PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS *
All products by Chaleur Urbaine are designed and hand wrapped with care ♡
Photographs presented on the shop are as faithful as possible but can't ensure a perfect similarity because each piece is entirely handpainted, so some slight changes can appear from one piece to another and that makes each piece unique.
That's beauty of handmade creations !

Chaleur Urbaine reserves the right to modify its prices anytime, with condition that price shown on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Prices indicated don't include order, transport and delivery fees. They will be calculated, depending on your shopping cart, at the time of order validation.
* PAYMENTS *
I accept PayPal payments or direct payments (credit cards..).
Your ordered items will be sent after your effective payment.
Shipping
Each order will be delivered to your Etsy's profile address, and not to your PayPal's one.
Be careful to this information because Chaleur Urbaine won't be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
If you want a delivery to another address for gift, please let me know at time of your order in the "Message to Seller" section during checkout : )
* DELIVERIES *
All shipments will be made via français Post and delivered without signature. A tracking number will be given for your parcel to let you check the location of your item.

If you wish to have priority, express mail delivery or delivery confirmation or insurance, this can be arranged with an extra fee, depending on what you need.
Feel free to contact me before payment and I will work that out with you.
Chaleur Urbaine can't be responsible for mistakes from local postal services and can't refund shipping costs, unless there was an error on my part.
Delivery times to countries outside France are the ones officially announced by français Post.
Average time: 4 to 8 days.
* WRAPPING *
I pack everything with care to ensure that your order arrives safely and in great shape.
* CUSTOMES DUTIES AND FEES *
Please have in mind that you are responsible for any duty or customs charges or fees that may be charged by your country.
If you decide to refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are included in the package (on both the original and returned shipments), and the cost of returning the shipment to Chaleur Urbaine.
This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
